摘要
目的评价自体富血小板GFG凝胶治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床效果。方法随机选取2020年7月—2022年1月河池市人民医院收治的50例糖尿病足溃疡患者为研究对象,根据随机抽样法分为对照组(n=25)及观察组(n=25),对照组给予常规治疗及传统换药方法,观察组以传统换药为基础应用自体富血小板GFG凝胶,比较两组患者创面治疗效果、炎症因子、血糖水平、生活质量、住院时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率(88.00%)相较于对照组(64.00%)较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.947,P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者TNF-α、IL-1、AGEs水平、血糖水平、HbA1c较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,VEGF、EGF水平、WHOQOL-BREF评分较治疗前上升,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用自体富血小板GFG凝胶糖尿病足溃疡可获得显著效果,有效改善创面愈合情况,建议临床采纳。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of autologous platelet-rich GFG gel in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers.Methods 50 patients with Diabetic foot ulcer who were admitted to Hechi People′s Hospital from July 2020 to January 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=25)and the observation group(n=25).The control group was given conventional treatment and traditional dressing change methods.The observation group applied autologous platelet rich GFG gel based on traditional dressing change.To compare the treatment effect,inflammatory factors,blood sugar level,quality of life hospitalization time.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(88.00%)was higher than that of the control group(64.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.947,P<0.05).After treatment,both groups of patients had TNF-α,IL-1,AGEs levels,blood glucose levels,and HbA1c levels decreased compared to before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,VEGF,EGF levels,and WHOQOL-BREF scores increased compared to before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of autologous platelet-rich GFG gel for diabetic foot ulcers can obtain significant results and effectively improve wound healing,which is recommended for clinical adoption.
