摘要
目的:探讨抗肿瘤药物不良反应的特点,为保障临床抗肿瘤药物的安全合理使用提供参考。方法:分析院内2022年1月—2023年6月期间上报的抗肿瘤药物不良反应报告,对相关患者的一般资料、怀疑药品类型、联用药物、累及器官和系统及临床表现、报告类型及转归进行描述性分析。结果:在292例药物不良反应报告中,男性168例,女性124例,65岁以上的老年人占64.38%;药品类型以细胞毒类(25.13%)为主,其次为抗代谢类(22.01%);引发药物不良反应例次排名前5的药物均为传统抗肿瘤药;药物不良反应类型以血液系统(40.91%)为主,其次为消化系统(20.33%);报告类型以已知严重(60.96%)为主。结论:传统抗肿瘤药物不良反应发生率高,同时新型抗肿瘤药物发展迅速且应用广泛,二者均应加强临床应用监测,以促进抗肿瘤药物合理使用,保障患者用药安全。
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of adverse drug reactions induced by antineoplastic drugs and provide references for the safe and rational clinical use of these medications.Methods:The reports of adverse reactions of anti-tumor drugs reported in the hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were analyzed.The general data,suspected drug types,combined drugs,organs and systems involved,clinical manifestations,report types and outcomes of related patients were descriptively analyzed.Results:Among the 292 cases of adverse drug reactions,there were 168 male and 124 female cases,with a significant proportion of individuals aged over 65 years(64.38%).Cytotoxic agents were the predominant type of drug-induced adverse reactions(25.13%),followed by anti-metabolic drugs(22.01%).The top five drugs that caused adverse reactions were all traditional antineoplastic medications.Adverse drug reactions mainly affected the blood system(40.91%),followed by the digestive system(20.33%).The majority of the reported cases were associated with known serious adverse drug reactions(60.96%).Conclusion:The incidence of adverse reactions associated with traditional antineoplastic drugs remains high,while novel antineoplastic drugs have been rapidly developed and extensively utilized.Thus,the clinical application monitoring of both types of drugs should be strengthened to promote the rational use of antineoplastic drugs and ensure the safety of patients.
