摘要
目的 探讨运动康复与呼吸调节训练干预联合应用对帕金森运动障碍患者运动及神经功能康复的效果。方法 选取2020年10月—2022年10月医院接收的帕金森运动障碍患者84例,按组间基线资料均衡可比的原则分为对照组与观察组,每组42例,对照组进行运动康复训练,观察组进行运动康复联合呼吸调节训练。对比两组的肢体痉挛情况、平衡功能、运动功能及神经功能。结果 干预后观察组患者临床痉挛指数(CSI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);Berg平衡量表(BBS)平衡功能分级评分优于对照组(P<0.05);统一帕金森评定量表第三部分(UPDRS-III)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);计时-起步行走试验(TUGT)用时短于对照组(P<0.05);帕金森病自主神经症状量表(SCOPA-AUT)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 运动康复与呼吸调节训练干预联合应用于帕金森运动障碍患者中,可有效改善其肢体痉挛程度与平衡功能,进一步提升运动功能、神经功能。
Objective To explore the effect of exercise rehabilitation combined with respiratory regulation training intervention on motor and neurological rehabilitation in patients with Parkinson's movement disorders.Methods To select 84 patients with Parkinson's movement disorders admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to October 2022,they were divided into a control group and an observation group based on the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data between groups,with 42 patients in each group.The control group received exercise rehabilitation training,while the observation group received exercise rehabilitation combined with respiratory regulation training to compare the limb spasms,balance function,motor function,and neurological function between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the clinic spasticity index(CSI)score of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the Berg balance scale(BBS)balance function grading score of the patients was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the unifi ed Parkinson's disease rating scale part III(UPDRS-III)score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the timed up and go test(TUGT)time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the scale outcomes in Parkinson's disease for autonomic symptoms(SCOPA-AUT)score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of exercise rehabilitation and respiratory regulation training intervention in patients with Parkinson's movement disorder can effectively improve their limb spasticity and balance function,and further improve motor function and neurological function.
