摘要
目的:探究温阳通络针灸法配合穴位埋线治疗小儿痉挛型脑瘫的临床效果。方法:将68例痉挛型脑瘫患儿以随机数字表法分为两组,每组34例,对照组以常规西药治疗,在此基础上,治疗组以温阳通络针灸法配合穴位埋线治疗。比较两组临床疗效、运动功能、痉挛指数、脑血流动力学指标及智力情况。结果:治疗后治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM)、临床痉挛指数(CSI)量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);两组治疗后GMFM评分升高,CSI评分降低,治疗组GMFM评分高于对照组,CSI评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组治疗前血管搏动指数(PI)、血管阻力指数(RI)值比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);两组治疗后RI、PI值均降低,治疗组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组治疗前语言发育能力、个人社交能力、社会适应能力DQ值比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);两组治疗后DQ值提高,治疗组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:采取温阳通络针灸法联合穴位埋线治疗小儿痉挛型脑瘫可有效改善患儿运动功能、痉挛程度、脑血流动力学指标及智力状况,从而提升临床疗效。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Wenyang Tongluo acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint catgut embedding on children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:68 children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with Wenyang Tongluo acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint catgut embedding.The clinical efficacy,motor function,spasticity index,cerebral hemodynamic indexes and intelligence of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of the gross motor function test(GMFM)and clinical spasm index(CSI)between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05);After treatment,the GMFM score increased and the CSI score decreased in both groups,the GMFM score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,while the CSI score was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison of vascular pulsatility index(PI)and vascular resistance index(RI)values between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05);After treatment,the RI and PI values of both groups decreased,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in language development ability,personal social ability,and social adaptation ability DQ values between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05);After treatment,the DQ values of both groups increased,and the treatment group was higher than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Tongluo acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy for children with spastic cerebral palsy can effectively improve their motor function,spasticity degree,cerebral hemodynamic indicators and intellectual status,thus further improving the clin
