摘要
大学生创业在缓解就业压力和推动经济发展方面具有重要作用,而我国大学生创业活跃度与发达国家相比处于较低水平。基于创业生态系统理论,结合运用必要条件分析法(NCA)和模糊集定性比较分析法(fsQCA),以我国31个省市区相关数据为样本,研究政府支持、创业文化、经济发展等环境要素与大学生创业活跃度之间的多重并发因果关系,并对比分析影响大学生创业活跃度的组态路径。结果发现大学生创业活跃度是多种因素共同作用的结果,提高大学生创业活跃度有4条路径:政府、文化双元驱动型;文化主导型;政府主导、文化辅助型;政府、经济、文化多元驱动型;教育投入、基础设施、创新水平、创业能力是提高大学生创业活跃度的核心条件。研究结论有助于深入认识我国大学生创业多重因素之间的组合关系,并为提升大学生创业活跃度提供借鉴参考。
College students’entrepreneurship plays an indispensable role in promoting employment and the economy.The entrepreneurial activity of college students in china is at a low level compared with developed countries.Based on the entrepreneurial ecosystem theory and using fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsqca),to study the multiple concurrent causal relationships between entrepreneurial environment and college students entrepreneurial activity based on the relevant data from 31 provinces in china.Entrepreneurial environment including education investment,infrastructure,financial support,economic development,innovation level and entrepreneurial ability.Finds that the college students entrepreneurial activity is the result of the influences in multiple factors.There are four path for increase the college students’entrepreneurial activity:Government and culture dual-driven path;Culture-led path;Government-led and culture-assisted path;Government,economy and culture diversity driven path.Education investment,infrastructure,innovation level,and the entrepreneurial ability are the core conditions for increasing college students entrepreneurial activity.The conclusion helpful to understand the complex interactions among multiple factors behind the college students entrepreneurial activity,and brings some practical enlightenment to the local government.
