摘要
目的 探讨关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗联合综合康复疗法对运动性膝关节损伤临床疗效。方法 选取2020年1月-2022年1月来本院治疗的100例运动型膝关节损伤患者作为调查研究对象,采用随机表法的方式将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组采取关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合综合康复治疗。随后对两组患者治疗效果进行评测。结果 观察组在组间患者治疗效果、疼痛指数、膝关节评分以及C反应蛋白数值上,均优于对照组,组间差异较大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 运动性膝关节损伤患者采取关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗联合综合康复疗法,可有效改善患者疼痛程度,促进患者患处机能恢复,降低炎症指数,具有较高临床应用价值。
Objective To explore and anzlyze clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for sports induced knee joint injury.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with sports induced knee joint injuries in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 as research subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with injection of sodium hyaluronate into joint cavity,while observation group with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on the basis of control group.Subsequently,treatment effect between two groups were evaluated.Results Comparing and analyzing numerical changes between two groups Under different treatment methods,treatment effect,pain index,knee joint scores,and C-reactive protein values in observation group were higher than control group,difference between groups was significant and statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve pain degree of patients with sports induced knee joint injury,promote functional recovery of affected area,reduce inflammation index,which has high clinical application value.
