Design and Application of Remote Centralized Control Center of Wind Farm

摘要 远程监控既有助于高效集中管控,也有助于区域检修管控模式的优化和完善。此外,远程控制系统还可综合分析风电场实际运行情况,同时做出精准预测,对实现风电可控化运行目标极为有利。介绍了风电场远程集控中心的结构框架,并就其远程通信系统、计算机监控系统、供电电源系统、防雷接地系统进行了设计。 Remote monitoring is conducive to not only efficient and centralized management and control,but also optimization and modification of regional maintenance and control mode.In addition,the remote control system can also comprehensively analyze the actual operation of wind farm and make accurate predictions,which is extremely beneficial for China to achieve the goal of wind power controllable operation.This paper includes an outline description of remote centralized control center,and an elaboration on its sub-systems such as remote communication system,computerized monitoring system,power source system,and anti-lightning grounding system.
