摘要 随着核电机组运行可靠性的提升,机组大修工期对提升机组发电量和能力因子将显得越来越重要。对于一般的大修工期,运行关键路径时间约占整个大修工期的一半,所以对大修运行操作和试验进行优化,有利于缩减大修工期,起到事半功倍的作用。主要对大修关键路径上的运行操作和试验逐一进行分析,从现有技术文件、调整执行窗口、变更改造、优化上游文件(技术规范、试验监督要求等)方面提出优化建议,在满足各项要求的前提下缩减大修运行关键路径时间,优化大修工期。 With the improvement of reliability of nuclear power units,overhaul period of units has become more and more important in improving yield and capacity factor.Work on critical path consumes appropriately 1/2 of the total time needed for overhaul.Therefore,optimization of operation and test is conducive to shortening overhaul duration and remarkably increasing efficiency.This paper mainly analyzes each individual operation and test on overhaul critical path,and puts forward optimization suggestions from the aspects of existing technical documents,adjustment of execution window,changes and reformation,optimization of upstream documents(technical specifications,test supervision requirements,etc.),so as to reduce time consumption of overhaul critical path work and optimize overhaul period on the premise of maintaining satisfaction of various requirements.
