摘要
高温、高压型导波雷达液位仪表在核电厂应用中出现的关键问题是周期性测量失效问题,已经成为该仪表的应用制约。某核电机组高压加热器液位计均出现了测量失效,两列高压加热器同时存在解列风险。为找出问题原因,本文开展了蒸汽补偿计算、定位分析,确定探杆顶部液滴对补偿的扰动,详细分析故障形成原因,并开展了针对性改进,效果较好。该课题对国内外仪表厂家的设计提供了重要借鉴,并对后续项目与变更改造提供了工程优化方案。
The key problem in the application of high temperature and high pressure guided wave radar level instruments in nuclear power plants-periodic measurement failure has become the application restriction of this instrument.The high pressure heater level gauges of a nuclear power unit have measurement failure,and the two high pressure heaters have the risk of disconnection at the same time.In order to find out the cause of the problem,the paper carried out steam compensation calculation and positioning analysis,determined the disturbance of the liquid drop on the top of the probe rod to the compensation,analyzed the cause of the fault in detail,and carried out targeted improvement,with good results.This topic provides an important reference for the design of domestic and foreign instrument manufacturers,and provides an engineering optimization scheme for subsequent projects and changes.
