摘要
化学作为基础学科,其发展需要以实践为基础。而化学实验室是将化学理论进行实践的一个重要场所,也是高校科研创新和人才培养的重要场所,因此化学实验室的安全性是保障其能够正常运转的先决条件。近年来,国内高校实验室安全管理水平整体提升,安全规范标准化体系逐步建立,但作为管理基层的实验室,特别是化学实验室而言,仍存在硬件条件不足、制度执行力不够等问题,因此有必要从建设、制度、教育、预警与检查、应急等方面提出具体解决措施,以推进高校化学实验室安全化、规范化建设与运行。
As a fundamental discipline,the development of chemistry needs to be based on practice,and chemical laboratories are an important place to practice chemical theory,as well as an important place for scientif ic research innovation and talent cultivation in universities.Therefore,the safety of chemical laboratories is a prerequisite to ensure their normal operation.In recent years,the overall level of safety management in domestic university laboratories has improved,and a standardized system of safety standards has gradually been established.However,as a laboratory at the grassroots level of management,especially for chemical laboratories,there are still problems such as insuff icient hardware conditions and inadequate institutional execution.Therefore,it is necessary to propose specif ic solutions from the aspects of construction,system,education,early warning and inspection,emergency response,etc.,in order to promote the safe and standardized construction and operation of university chemistry laboratories.
