摘要
多路阀在液压系统中起着重要的调控作用,而阀体内油液的流动会影响多路阀的工作可靠性。建立多路阀阀口流场仿真模型,利用CFD流体仿真对不同压差、等压差、不同节流槽形状下的阀口流场特性进行仿真模拟计算,并与试验结合测试采用新型节流槽的多路阀的流量特性。结果表明:随着阀口开度的增加,新型节流槽的压力梯度逐渐变小,且低压区慢慢消失,但U形节流槽的压力波动较大,低压区域逐渐增大;随着阀芯移动,U形节流槽的速度最大值变小,高速区扩张并向阀口位置处迁移;相比于U形节流槽,新型节流槽的高速区要远离阀芯,对阀芯的冲击小。新型节流槽比U形节流槽的射流角小,对阀体的冲击小。
Multi-way valve plays a vital role in hydraulic system,and the flow of oil in valve body will affect the working reliability of multi-way valve.In this paper,the flow field simulation model of multi-way valve is established,and the flow field characteristics of multi-way valve with different pressure difference,equal pressure difference and different throttle groove shapes are simulated and calculated by CFD fluid simulation,and the flow characteristics of multi-way valve with new throttle groove are tested in combination with experiments.The results show that:With the increase of valve opening,the pressure gradient of the new throttle groove gradually decreases,and the low pressure area gradually disappears,but the pressure fluctuation of the U-shaped throttle groove is large,and the low pressure area gradually increases.With the movement of the valve core,the maximum velocity of the U-shaped throttle groove becomes smaller,and the high-speed area expands and migrates to the valve port.Compared with the U-shaped throttle groove,the high-speed area of the new throttle groove is far away from the valve core,and the impact on the valve core is small.Compared with the U-shaped throttle groove,the new throttle groove has smaller jet angle and less impact on the valve body.
