摘要
针对液压技术中广泛应用的插装型锥阀,依照实际所用阀的结构和参数,分别对简化为轴对称的二维流场模型和不经过任何简化和近似处理的三维面对称流场模型两种情况,应用CFD分析软件fluent,进行了仿真计算和可视化研究,给出了锥阀阀腔内的速度场、压力场和流线图。对比分析表明,采用基于三维流场的可视化分析,可更清楚全面地反映锥阀内部的复杂流动情况,为从机理上分析锥阀内部流畅和能量损失及流道结构的优化设计提供了更充分的理论依据。
Aimed at the widely use of the cartridge poppet valve in the hydraulic technology, the initial flow field of both the 2-D and 3-D model is investigated using the FLUENT computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software package. The 2-D model is the axisymmetric one and the 3-D model which is the same structure parameter as the practical poppet valve is the face-symmetric. Moreover that the pressure distribution、 velocity distribution and flow pathline are obtained through calculation. By the contrast, we find that the visual analysis of the flow field based on the 3-D is more clear and round than based on the 2-D for studying the complex flow inside the popper valve.
