通海阀内流道优化降低流噪声 被引量:13

摘要 针对船舶、潜艇海水管路系统中阀门引起的流噪声问题,采用计算流体力学通用软件Fluent对实际使用中的通海阀内流场分布进行仿真计算,根据该可视化结果分析影响通海阀性能和产生噪声的原因,对通海阀的结构进行改进,提出了一种新型内流道结构.该内流道,可有效降低阀内最低压力、提高阀内最高速度、降低阀内最高湍动能、消除漩涡,能够从根本上降低阀门流噪声.同时为高压通海阀提供一个安全、流畅的内部通道,并对通海阀结构以及流道的优化设计提供指导性建议. In view of the characteristics of the flow noise,created by valves of ships and submarine seawater pipeline systems,the numerical simulation of the inner flow field distribution of outboard valves was accomplished with the common computational fluid dynamics software Fluent.The reason which affects the capability and leads to the noise of hull valve was researched based on the visual results of simulation.The structure of outboard valve was improved,and a new structure of flow field was proposed,which is believed to effectively reduce the minimum pressure,increase the maximum velocity,decrease the maximum turbulent kinetic energy,eliminate eddies,and provide additional benefits to the reduction of the flow noise of outboard valve drastically.Meanwhile,a safe and smooth internal flow channel is proposed for high pressure outboard vale.Guiding suggestions for outboard valve structure and optimization of flow field are addressed.
