摘要
随着海上作战思想的转变,传统的物资保障方式已经不能满足作战需要。论文着眼船队规模和路径混合问题,考虑船队航行过程中所产生的航行成本、运营成本其他成本、随机维修成本等综合成本,构建数学优化模型,并通过分布式海战的保障案例,对该模型进行了验证,实验证明该模型能够辅助决策选择最佳的船队规模和路径,为分布式海战物资保障提供决策思路。
With the change of the idea of the naval operation,the traditional material support mode can not meet the need of the operation.This paper focuses on the mixed problem of fleet size and path size,Considering the combined costs of navigation costs,operating costs,and random maintenance costs during the course of the voyage,building mathematical models,the model is verified by a distributed naval warfare support case,experiments prove that the model can assist decision-making to select the optimal fleet size and path,and to provide decision-making ideas for distributed naval warfare material support.
