船队规划研究现状与动态 被引量:22

Research status and prospect of fleet planning

摘要 为了推动船队发展战略优化领域的研究,分析了船队规划的主要任务和基本目标,归纳了该领域的研究进展,对船队规划采用的线性规划、整数规划、动态规划、仿真技术及其他研究方法进行了理论总结和评述,指出了这一领域未来的研究重点与方向。研究结果表明:目前大宗工业物资运输的船队规划研究比较成熟,研究对象将转为集装箱班轮运输和不定期船运输问题;新优化模型和算法的开发依然是今后研究的重点;不确定条件下的船队规划问题是未来的研究方向;船队规划决策支持系统的应用是航运业发展的必然趋势。 In order to promote the studies in the area of optimizing fleet development strategy,the core task and basic goal of fleet planning were analyzed,and the research progress was concluded.The research methods applied to fleet planning problems were reviewed and divided into linear programming,integer programming,dynamic programming,simulation technology and other methods.The research emphases and directions of fleet planning in the future were indicated.Analysis result shows that the previous researches on fleet planning for mass industrial material shipping have gotten a lot of achievements,the object of future research should focus on container liner shipping and tramp shipping,and the future research focus should be the development of new optimization models and algorithms.The problems of fleet planning under uncertain condition will be the direction of future research,and the application of decision support system for fleet planning must be a development trend for shipping industry in the future.34 refs.
