摘要
【目的】探讨分析与芍药轮作对‘柘参4号’太子参生长和品质的影响。【方法】采用“芍药-太子参”轮作的生态种植方式,测定柘参4号太子参的生长状态、商品性状与品质,并与普通连作的太子参进行比较分析。【结果】采用“芍药-太子参”轮作方式比普通连作方式的发病率降低了23.07%;太子参块根的平均长度、直径分别提高5.49%、20.4%;每667m^(2)产量提高了26.48%,且对太子参块根的浸出物、多糖和皂苷含量无显著影响。【结论】采用“芍药-太子参”轮作方式能显著减低太子参的发病率,提高太子参的品质及产量。
【Objective】To explore and analyze the effect of Paeonia lactiflora rotation on the growth and quality of Pseudostellaria heterophylla.‘Zheshen 4’.【Method】Using the ecological planting mode of‘Pseudostellaria-Paeonia lactiflora’rotation,the growth status,commercial characteristics,and quality of Pseudostellaria heterophylla‘Zheshen 4’were measured,and compared with the common continuous planting mode of Pseudostellaria heterophylla.【Result】Under the rotation planting mode,the incidence rate of Pseudostellaria heterophylla was reduced by 23.07%,the length and diameter of the root tubers were increased by 5.49%and 20.4%respectively and the yield per 667 m^(2)was increased by 26.48%compared with that under the common continuous planting mode.Rotation planting mode had no effect on extract,polysaccharide,and saponin content in root tuber of Pseudostellaria heterophylla.【Conclusion】Ecological planting mode of‘Pseudostellaria-Paeonia lactiflora’rotation could significantly reduce the incidence rate and improve the quality and yield of Pseudostellaria heterophylla.
