摘要
新时代农村场域的变革对村干部提出了新的要求,村干部应与时俱进完成角色转换,从政府代理人转向政府服务人,自村庄代理人转向村庄服务人,由自我代言人转向自我服务人。从代理人到服务人的变革促成了村干部三元角色归一,村干部的公共性和公民性实现了高度统一。村干部主动提升素质和能力、农民群众积极配合村干部开展工作、政府全面引导和推动村干部的服务行为是新时代重塑村干部服务人角色的主要路径。
The reform of rural fields in the new era puts forward new requirements for village cadres.Village cadres should change their roles with The Times,from government agents to government service people,from village agents to village service people,from self-spokespersons to self-service people.The change from agent to service person has made the three roles of village cadres unified,the publicity and citizenship of village cadres have achieved a high degree of unity.The main ways to rebuild the role of village cadres in serving people in the new era are to actively improve the quality and ability of village cadres,the active cooperation of farmers and the comprehensive guidance and promotion of the service behavior of village cadres.
