摘要
目的:运用德尔菲法构建一套基于成本控制的肌内注射要素质量评价体系。方法:运用轮回改良德尔菲法对医疗护理领域的12名专家进行2轮专家咨询。首先建立成本控制肌内注射要素质量评价小组,设置纳入标准选择小组成员,通过查阅文献设计出成本控制要素质量评价指标调查表,经过2轮专家函询及修改指标形成最终指标。结果:12名专家的意见集中程度较高,专家权威系数为0.80;最终确立的要素质量评价体系指标包括了6个一级指标(组织管理、制度规范、人力资源培训考核、物品设备、工作环境)、15个二级指标。结论:本研究构建的基于成本控制的肌内注射要素质量评价体系具有科学性及可靠性,可作为临床肌内注射要素质量评价的参考依据。
Objective To establish a set of quality evaluation system of intramuscular injection elements based on cost control by the Delphi method.Methods A total of 12 nurses in the field of nursing were consulted twice by reincarnation modified Delphi method.Firstly,a quality evaluation group for cost control intramuscular injection elements was established,and the members of the selection group were set up for inclusion criteria.A questionnaire for quality evaluation indicators of cost control elements was designed through literature review,and the final indicators were formed after two rounds of expert letter consultation and modification of the indicators.Results The degree of expert opinion concentration was high,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.80.The final evaluation system indicators include 6 first-level indicators(organization management,system norms,human resources training and assessment,goods and equipment,working environment)and 15 second-level indicators.Conclusions The quality evaluation system of intramuscular injection elements based on cost control established in this study is scientific and reliable,and can be used as a reference for clinical intramuscular injection elements quality evaluation.
