摘要
良性前列腺增生(BPH)是导致中老年男性排尿障碍的常见原因,通常会继发以尿路症状为主的临床症状,严重影响我国中老年男性的生活质量,症状严重的患者往往需要手术治疗。目前,经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)仍是手术金标准。近年来出现的新型超微创手术不仅具有疗效好、创伤小、住院时间短等特点,还不易损伤患者的性功能,已逐渐成为BPH的重要治疗手段,且极有可能替代TURP成为新的手术金标准。随着对各种新型超微创治疗的研究和发展,未来BPH的治疗将更加超微创和高效。
Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)is a common cause of urination disorders in middle-aged and elderly men,usually with the secondary clinical symptoms of urinary tract symptoms,and seriously affect the quality of life of middle-aged and elderly men in China.The patients with severe symptoms often need surgical treatment.At present,transurethral electroresection of the prostate(TURP)remains the gold standard for surgery.The new ultra-minimally invasive surgery that has emerged in recent years not only has the characteristics of good curative effect,small trauma,short hospital stay,etc.,but also is not easy to damage the sexual function of the patients,so has gradually become an important treatment method for BPH,and is highly likely to replace TURP as the new gold standard for surgery.With the research and development of various new ultra-minimally invasive treatments,the treatment of BPH in the future will be more ultra minimally invasive and efficient.
