摘要
目的观察防范跌倒护理评估表在老年住院患者中的应用效果。方法选择医院2021年7月至2022年10月收治的老年住院患者104例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各52例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组联合使用防范跌倒护理评估表联合跌倒防护护理,并分析两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的临床综合护理满意度、依从率分别为96.15%和98.08%,均显著高于对照组的82.69%和86.54%(P<0.05);观察组患者的SF-36量表评分和跌倒管理评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论防范跌倒护理管理可提升老年住院患者临床综合护理满意、综合护理依从性和跌倒管理评分,改善生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the application effect of the fall prevention nursing evaluation form in elderly hospitalized patients.Methods A total of 104 elderly inpatients admitted to the hospital from July 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 52 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the routine care,while the patients in the observation group were given the combination of fall prevention nursing evaluation form and fall prevention nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results After nursing,the clinical comprehensive nursing satisfaction and compliance rate in the observation group were 96.15%and 98.08%respectively,which were significantly higher than 82.69%and 86.54%in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 scale score and fall management score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fall prevention nursing management can improve the clinical satisfaction,compliance,and fall management scores of elderly hospitalized patients,improve their quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
