摘要
目的:分析老年男性精神障碍患者应用预见性精细化护理对降低跌倒风险所发挥的作用。方法:选取90例老年男性精神障碍患者,自2022年4月至2023年3月接受治疗,以随机数字表法为分组工具将患者分为两组,对照组应用常规护理干预模式,观察组患者应用预见性精细化护理干预模式,比较两组跌倒发生情况、跌倒防范护理质量、患者跌倒预防依从性及家属护理满意度。结果:两组比较,观察组具有更低的跌倒发生率(P<0.05)。观察组跌倒防范措施落实、环境安全管理、患者安全管理、跌倒应急预案落实等各项跌倒防范措护理质量得分均高于对照组,两组跌倒方法护理质量有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者防跌倒依从性高于对照组,两组患者防跌倒依从性有统计学差异(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组家属具有更高的护理满意度(P<0.05)。结论:老年男性精神障碍患者应用预见性精细化护理可提高跌倒防范护理质量,使患者跌倒风险得到有效控制,能够提高患者跌倒预防依从性,还可使患者家属的护理满意度获得提高。
Objective:To analyze the role of predictive and refined nursing in reducing the risk of falls in elderly male patients with mental disorders.Method:Select 90 elderly male patients with mental disorders and receive treatment from April 2022 to March 2023.The patients were divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group was provided with routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was provided with predictive and refined nursing intervention.The incidence of falls,quality of fall prevention care,compliance with fall prevention,and satisfaction with family care were compared.Result:Compared wih the control group,the incidence of falls in the observation group was much lower(P<0.05).Compared wih the control group,the nursing quality scores of fall prevention measures,environmental safety management,personnel safety management,and fall emergency case implementation in the observation group were much higher.There was a statistical difference in the nursing quality of fall prevention methods between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared wih the control group,the compliance of the observation group with fall prevention was higher,and there was a statistical difference in the compliance of the two groups of patients with fall prevention(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group's family members was higher and there was a statistical difference in nursing satisfaction between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of predictive and refined care in elderly male patients with mental disorders can improve the quality of fall prevention care,effectively control the risk of falls,improve patient compliance with fall prevention,and also increase the satisfaction of patient families with nursing care.
