摘要
目的探讨一次性肛周脓肿根治术治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效,以及对患者肛门功能恢复和伤口愈合的作用。方法选择医院2019年1月至2021年12月收治的肛周感染患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组患者采用传统分期手术,研究组患者采用一次性肛周脓肿根治术。结果研究组患者的腐肉脱落时间、愈合时间、住院天数均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的肛门功能明显优于对照组(P<0.05),视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论一次性肛周脓肿根治术治疗肛周脓肿具有较好的临床疗效,可促进肛门功能的恢复和伤口愈合。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of one-time radical resection in the treatment of perianal abscess,and its effect on the recovery of anal function and wound healing in patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with perianal infection admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given traditional-staged surgery,while patients in the study group patients were given a one-time radical resection of perianal abscess.Results The Carrion shedding time,healing time and hospitalization days in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative bleeding amount in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the anal function in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The one-time radical surgery for perianal abscess is effective,which can promote the recovery of anal anal function and wound healing.
