炼钢厂中控楼电缆夹层高压细水雾灭火系统设计分析

摘要 对中南股份炼钢厂1号、2号、3号转炉中控楼电缆夹层,进行加装高压细水雾灭火设施改造。根据消防安全要求、员工生产安全、财产安全及现场实际环境进行分析,研究确定设计相应的高压细水雾消防系统。设计分为3个防护分区,防护区最不利喷头工作压力10.0 MPa,高压泵组扬程140 m,其中容积最大防护分区内布置有54个喷头,喷雾强度取值K=1.0,项目的设计流量为540 L/min。系统选用规格为120 L/min的高压细水雾泵组系统(五用一备),储水量为18 m^(3),保证转炉工序供电运行稳定性。 This article aims to retrofit the cable interlayer of the control buildings of the converters#1,#2,and#3 in the steelmaking plant with high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing facilities.Based on the analysis of fire safety requirements,employee production safety,property safety,and actual on-site environment,the corresponding high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing system is designed.The design is divided into three protection zones,with the most unfavorable working pressure of the nozzle in the protection zone being 10.0 Mpa and the head of the high-pressure pump set being 140 m,among them,54 nozzles are arranged in the protection zone with the largest volume,and the value of spray intensity is K=1.0.The design flow of the project is 540 L/min.The system uses a 120 L/min high-pressure water mist pump system(five in use and one as standby),and the system has water storage capacity of 18 m^(3).The design of this project can ensure the power supply safety of the three converters in the steelmaking plant.
