摘要
在钢铁坯料加热轧制企业生产现场,设备大量配套采用液压传动和自动供油润滑系统。生产过程中,高温坯板等热源采用辊道线上传输,设备停产检修维护施工时,电焊气割修磨等动火作业较为普遍。特定条件下,液压润滑系统高压油品泄漏,形成雾化喷射,燃点降低,极易被高温坯板、焊渣飞火等引燃,导致火灾发生。文章通过对热轧企业生产设备液压润滑系统现场工况的火灾风险辨识分析,风险分级评价,明确重点管控对象,给出安全应对策略和防范措施。严格的现场管控和预防措施,对于遏制金属轧制成型企业轧机设备火灾频发事故效果显著,有广泛借鉴意义。
Hydraulic transmission and automatic oil supply and lubrication system are widely used in the production site of steel billet heating and rolling enterprises.In the production process,the heat source such as high temperature slab is transmitted by roller line;when the equipment is shut down for maintenance,the hot work such as electric welding,gas cutting and grinding is more common.Under specific conditions,the high pressure oil in the hydraulic lubrication system leaks,resulting in atomized spray and low ignition point,which is easily ignited by high temperature slab and welding slag flying fire,resulting in fire disaster.Through the fire risk identification analysis and risk grading evaluation of the hydraulic lubrication system of production equipment in hot rolling enterprises,the key control objects were defined,and the safety response strategies and preventive measures were given.Strict on-site management and control and preventive measures can be widely used for reference to curb the frequent fire accidents of rolling mill equipment in metal rolling and forming enterprises.
