摘要
目的探讨妇产科护理中采取孕期健康教育的临床效果。方法选取100名孕产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组50名。对照组采用基础护理,观察组采用孕期健康教育。比较两组孕产妇分娩方式、临床分娩指标及健康知识掌握率。结果观察组孕产妇自然分娩率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产程时间、住院时间均比对照组短,产后出血率明显低于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组健康知识总掌握率为96.0%,明显高于对照组的72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科护理期间融入孕期健康教育有助于孕产妇健康知识掌握率提高,缩短产程时间和产后康复时间的同时,在一定程度上提高自然分娩率,对母婴安全具有良好保障,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of pregnancy health education in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Methods 1oo pregnant women were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received basic nursing and the observation group received health education during pregnancy.The methods of delivery,clinical indicators of delivery and the mastery rate of health knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of natural childbirth in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of labor and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the postpartum hemorrhage rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the neonatal Apgar score was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<o.05).The total health knowledge mastery rate in the observation group was 96.0%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of pregnancy health education during obstetrics and gynecology nursing helps to increase the rate of maternal health knowledge,shorten the time of labor and postpartum rehabilitation,and improve the rate of natural childbirth to a certain extent,which has a good guarantee for the safety of mother and child,and is worthy of clinical promotion andapplication,
