半导体器件原理教学改革

摘要 半导体器件原理是学习集成电路芯片技术的基础和核心课程.由于该课程具有内容多、公式长、机理复杂的特点,课堂教学难度较大.结合半导体行业发展现状和该课程的特点、教学实践及目前教学过程中存在的问题,从教学理念、教学内容建设、教学方法和教学手段等方面对课程教学模式进行改革,探索实现路径,以激发学生学习兴趣,提高教学质量,夯实学生专业基础. Principles of semiconductor devices is the basic and core course for learning integrated circuit chip technology.Because the course has many contents,long formula and complex mechanism,the classroom teaching is more difficult.Based on the current development situation of semiconductor industry,the characteristics of this course,teaching practice and existing problems in the teaching process,the course teaching mode is integrated and reconstructed from the aspects of teaching concept,teaching content construction,teaching methods and means,and the realization path is explored,so as to enhance students′interest in learning and improve teaching quality,and consolidate students′professional foundation.
