摘要
分析了解淀粉芽孢杆菌制剂的功能基础,概括了不同剂型的种类、特点,不仅包括颗粒剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂等传统剂型,也包括一些新剂型,如种衣剂、微胶囊剂和复配剂.总结了不同制剂的制备原则、方法.强调在制剂制备研发过程中,为了提高解淀粉芽孢杆菌的速效性和防效性,必须重视合适的载体选择,原药与助剂的相容性以及原药与化学药物的合理复配.旨在使解淀粉芽孢菌制剂在植物病害防治和促进植物生长等领域得到更好的应用.
The functional basis on preparations of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens was analyzed and the types and characteristics of different dosage forms were summarized including not only traditional dosage forms such as granules,wettable powders and water dispersible granules,but also some new dosage forms such as seed coating,microcapsules and compounding agents.The preparation principles and methods of different preparations were introduced.Many improtant problems should be emphasized in the process of preparation and research and development,in order to improve the efficacy and prevention of B.amyloliquefaciens.It is necessary to pay attention to the selection of appropriate carriers,the compatibility between raw materials and additives,and the reasonable combination of raw materials and chemical drugs.The aim is to achieve better application of preparations of Bacillus amyloliquefacien in fields such as plant disease prevention and promotion of plant growth.
