摘要
资源匮乏与社区养老需求复杂性之间的张力构成社会组织社区养老服务难题,催生数字技术在社会组织社区养老服务中广泛运用。社会组织凭借数字技术嵌入社区养老服务,创新了社区养老服务体系,拓展了社区养老服务空间,提高了社区养老服务能力和效率。社会组织向数字技术借力提升社区养老服务效体现为需求引导、空间集成和资源链接。数字赋能社会组织社区养老服务面临认知不足、低度运用及成本过高等挑战,引发资源链接能力危机、需求难以对接及空间集成效果不佳等问题。探索“中国式”新型养老之路,须在政策支持、技术支撑和数字空间建设三个向度着力,推进社会组织社区养老服务的资源链接、需求引导与空间集成能力,促进社区养老服务方式变革。
The tension between the lack of resources and the complexity of community elderly care needs constitutes the problem of community elderly care service of social organizations,which leads to the extensive use of modern digital technology in community elderly care service of social organizations.Social organizations innovated the community elderly care service system,expanded the space of community elderly care service,and improved the ability and efficiency of community elderly care service by embedding digital technology into the community elderly care service system.The process of digital technology empowering social organization to provide community elderly care service is actually the process of social organizations borrowing strengh from digital technology,Which embodies in resource links,demand guidance and spatial integration.The challenges of digital technology empowering social organizations to provide community elderly care service include insufficient awareness,low use and high cost,which leads to resource link crisis,difficult demand docking and worrying spatial integration effect.We need to focus on three dimensions of policy support,technical support and digital space construction,in order to promote the resource links,demand guidance and space integration capabilities of community elderly care service of social organizations,and then promote the transformation of community elderly care service,and explore a new way of“Chinese-style”elderly care.
