基于遗传算法的液力变矩器结构件轻量化设计与验证 被引量:1

摘要 结合流场分析和拓扑轻量化设计方法对液力变矩器闭锁离合器外壳开展轻量化设计并进行实验验证。首先建立液力变矩器流场仿真模型,分析不同工况下闭锁离合器承载特性,从流场仿真中提取负载,采用有限元方法对外壳进行稳态力学分析,以校核其强度。随后使用基于密度插值的拓扑优化方法对外壳进行优化,从而获得具有指导性的设计方向。在此基础上采用实验设计方法研究各尺寸参数对外壳轻量化、强度等影响规律,并采用遗传算法对外壳的各项性能进行优化。最后,研制优化后的闭锁离合器外壳样件及液力变矩器样机并进行应力和性能测试,结果表明,闭锁离合器外壳减重10%,优化后液力变矩器能够满足使用要求。 A light weight design and validation is conducted on the cover plate of a torque converter based on flow field analysis and topology optimization.CFD model of the torque convertor is first established to analysis the bearing characteristic of the cover plate and extract the load on it.Static structural analysis is applied to the cover using finite element method to check its strength.Accordingly,topology optimization based on variable-density method is performed on the cover from which the preferable way of design can be found.Design of experiment is then conducted to discover how dimensional parameters affect the weight and stress of the cover plate,and genetic algorithm is adopted to optimize the mechanical performance of it.Prototypes of the optimized cover plate and the torque converter are tested for stress and comprehensive performance.Tests result reveal that the weight of the optimized cover plate is decreased up to 10%and the torque converter can satisfy the need of operation.
