摘要
草地生态系统在全球陆地碳循环中占有非常重要的地位。土壤碳矿化是连接全球碳循环和陆地生态系统功能的最重要的环节之一。近年来,学者们开展了大量有关草地生态系统土壤碳矿化的研究。本文从草地生态系统土壤碳矿化的影响因素、研究方法等方面进行综述,提出了未来草地生态系统土壤碳矿化的研究趋势。土壤碳矿化作用受土壤微生物和土壤有机碳质量的直接影响,同时受气候、植物、土壤、人类干扰等因素的间接影响;多数草地土壤有机碳矿化研究采用室内土壤需氧培养法进行测定,培养产生的土壤碳矿化CO_(2)的测定方法有碱液吸收法、气相色谱法、CO_(2)红外气体分析仪法,其中碱液吸收法是应用最早、使用最为普遍的一种方法。未来的研究中,土壤碳矿化可以作为评价退化草地恢复、放牧地管理、合理配置草地等措施实施效果的指标之一,并且需要加强土壤活性有机碳和惰性有机碳矿化过程的土壤微生物学调控机制的研究。
Grassland ecosystem plays a very important role in the global terrestrial carbon cycle.Soil carbon mineralization is one of the most important links connecting the global carbon cycle and the function of terrestrial ecosystem.In recent years,scholars have carried out a large number of studies on soil carbon mineralization in grassland ecosystem.This paper reviews the influencing factors and research methods of soil carbon mineralization in grassland ecosystems,and puts forward the research trends of soil carbon mineralization in grassland ecosystem in the future.Soil carbon mineralization is directly affected by soil microorganisms and the soil organic carbon quality,as well as indirectly affected by factors such as climate,plants,soil,and human interference.Most studies on the mineralization of soil organic carbon in grassland use the indoor soil aerobic culture method for determination.The determination methods of soil carbon mineralization CO_(2) produced by culture include alkali absorption method,gas chromatography,and CO_(2) infrared gas analyzer method.The alkali absorption method is the earliest and most commonly used method.In future research,soil carbon mineralization can be used as one of the indicators to evaluate the implementation effect of measures such as restoring degraded grasslands,improving grazing land management,and allocating grassland reasonably.It is necessary to strengthen the research of soil microbial regulation mechanism in the process of mineralization of soil active and inert organic carbon.
