摘要
为探究草地利用方式对天山山地草原植被和凋落物C、N的影响,以天山北坡中段的山地草原为研究对象,设置放牧、刈割2种草地利用方式和4种海拔梯度(1 600、1 700、1 800、1 900 m),共8个试验区,采用样方法测定植被盖度、地上生物量和凋落物现存量,利用元素分析仪测定植被和凋落物C、N含量,并分析其相关性。结果表明,放牧地地上生物量和凋落物现存量在海拔1 600 m处显著高于其他3个海拔(P<0.05),刈割地在海拔1 700 m处显著低于其他3个海拔(P<0.05),植被盖度均为海拔1 600、1 700 m显著高于海拔1 900 m,再显著高于海拔1 800 m(P<0.05),同海拔放牧地地上生物量和植被盖度显著低于刈割地(P<0.05),放牧地凋落物现存量在海拔1 800、1 900 m显著低于刈割地(P<0.05);放牧地随海拔升高禾本科逐渐减少,杂类草增多,刈割地禾本科最多;放牧地植被C含量和C∶N随海拔升高而减少,N含量随海拔升高而增加,刈割地植被C含量随海拔升高变化不显著,N含量在海拔1 800 m处最高(P<0.05),C∶N在海拔1 800 m处最低(P<0.05);放牧地凋落物C含量和C∶N随海拔升高而减少,N含量在海拔1 600 m最低(P<0.05),刈割地凋落物C含量和C∶N在海拔1 700 m处显著高于其他3个海拔(P<0.05)。相关性分析表明,山地草原放牧的植被和凋落物C∶N与地上生物量、凋落物现存量和植被盖度极显著正相关(P<0.01),植被和凋落物C、N含量之间相关性高;刈割的植被和凋落物C∶N都与植被盖度显著正相关(P<0.05),凋落物C∶N与地上生物量极显著负相关(P<0.01)、与凋落物现存量显著负相关(P<0.05),植被和凋落物C、N含量之间相关性不显著。综合分析表明,相比刈割地,海拔升高对放牧地的植被优势群落影响更大,且海拔越高放牧地的植被和凋落物碳氮含量越少。
In order to explore the effects of grassland use on grassland vegetation and litter C and N in the mountainous grassland of the Tianshan Mountains,two grassland use methods of grazing and mowing and four altitude gradients(1600 m,1700 m,1800 m,1900 m)were set up in the mountainous grassland in the middle of the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains.Then,its correlation was analyzed.The results showed that the aboveground biomass and litter stock of grazing land were significantly higher than those of the other three elevations at an altitude of 1 600 m,the mowing land at an altitude of 1 700 m was significantly lower than that of the other three altitudes,the vegetation coverage was significantly higher than that of 1 900 m and 1 800 m above sea level,the aboveground biomass and vegetation coverage of grazing land at the same altitude were significantly lower than those of mowing,and the amount of litter was significantly lower than that of mowing at 1 800 m and 1 900 m above sea level (P <0.05);With the increase of altitude,grazing land gradually decreased the number of grasses,and the number of weeds increased,and the most grasses in the mowing land were increased. The C content and C∶N of grazing land vegetation decreased with the increase of altitude,and the N content increased with the increase of altitude,the C content of vegetation in the mowing land did not change significantly with the increase of altitude,the N content was significantly higher than those of the other three altitudes at 1 800 m,and the C content and C∶N content of litter in the grazing land decreased with the increase of altitude,and the N content was significantly lower than that of the other three altitudes at 1 600 m (P <0.05). The correlation analysis showed that the vegetation and litter C∶N grazing in the mountain grassland were significantly positively correlated with aboveground biomass,litter presence and vegetation coverage (P <0.01), and the correlation between vegetation and litter C and N content was high.
