摘要
随着人工智能时代的到来以及数字化转型的大趋势,数据的价值逐步体现,数据服务、数据价值受到越来越高的重视,数据治理也成为挖掘数据价值的重要手段和工具。本文基于塔里木油田智慧油田对于录井数据的需求,开展了录井历史数据工程技术数据治理项目,结合录井数据治理项目实际现状,叙述了录井数据治理的新思路,对录井专业库数据治理的治理原则进行了介绍,研究提出了一套基于油气田企业数据治理的方法流程,并通过具体实施情况,总结数据治理应注意的要点。深入研究推进数据资产化,健全数据治理体系,促进数据有序流通和共享应用,深入挖掘数据价值。
With the arrival of the artificial intelligence era and the trend of digital transformation,the value of data is gradually reflected,and data services and data value are receiving increasing attention.Data governance has also become an important means and tool for mining data value.This article is based on the demand for logging data in the Smart Oilfield of Tarim Oilfield,and has carried out a logging historical data engineering technology data governance project.Combining with the actual situation of logging data governance projects,it describes new ideas for logging data governance,introduces the governance principles of logging professional database data governance,and proposes a set of methods and processes based on data governance in oil and gas field enterprises.Through specific implementation,the key points which data governance should pay attention to are summarized.Conduct in-depth research to promote data assetization,improve the data governance system,promote the orderly circulation and shared application of data,and deeply explore the value of data.
