本文针对中低速磁浮交通建设工程投资控制技术进行研究,通过实际案例分析展示了该领域的发展现状和投资构成分析。介绍了全球中低速磁浮交通建设概况,突显了中国在该领域的重要成就。投资构成分析包括基础设施建设、车辆采购、系统运营等方面,并阐述了各阶段投资控制的要点。此外,介绍了基于造价大数据的投资策划与管控、全过程咨询服务模式以及BIM可视化动态投资控制等管理技术,以加强中低速磁浮交通建设工程的投资可持续性和成功发展。
This article studies the investment control technology of medium and low speed maglev transportation construction projects,and demonstrates the development status and investment composition analysis of this field through actual case analysis.The introduction of global medium and low speed maglev transportation routes highlights China's important achievements in this field.The analysis of investment composition includes key points in infrastructure construction,vehicle procurement,system operation,etc.,and elaborates on the key points of investment control in each stage.In addition,this article introduces management technologies such as investment planning and control based on cost big data,full process consulting service mode,and BIM visualization dynamic investment control,in order to strengthen the investment sustainability and successful development of medium and low speed maglev transportation construction projects.
