摘要
研究目的:本文以我国首条具有完全自主知识产权的中低速磁浮交通工程——长沙磁浮快线为依托,采用理论分析、静动力数值仿真分析、现场试验等综合手段,对中低速磁浮交通工程低置结构的技术标准开展系统研究,提出中低速磁浮交通工程低置结构相关设计标准。研究结论:(1)中低速磁浮交通工程低置结构应由"凸"字形承轨梁及梁下路基两部分组成;(2)承轨梁结构底板宜按弹性地基梁计算,并考虑梁下路基不均匀沉降的影响,梁下混凝土垫层设计厚度宜采用10 cm;(3)承轨梁下路基由基床及基床以下路堤组成,基床厚度一般不应小于2 m;(4)承轨梁下路基"路肩"宽度一般不应小于2.5 m,路堤填筑高度宜控制在3~5 m以内;(5)桥路过渡段、两节承轨梁之间应采取减小或消除差异沉降错台的措施;(6)长沙磁浮快线的长期安全平稳运营表明,研究提出的技术标准可为中低速磁浮交通工程低置结构的设计和技术标准的编制提供支撑。
Research purposes:Based on Changsha Maglev Express,which is the first medium and low speed maglev traffic engineering with complete intellectual property in China,this paper systematically studies technical standard of low at-ground structure in medium and low speed maglev traffic engineering by means of theoretical analysis,static and dynamic numerical simulation and field examination.The technical standard of low at-ground structure in medium and low speed maglev traffic engineering is studied systematically and the design standard is put forward.Research conclusions:(1)The low at-ground structure in medium and low speed maglev traffic engineering should be composed of track support structure with protruding entrance and subgrade under the track support structure.(2)The track support structure should be calculated as beams on elastic foundation.The influence of asymmetrical settlement of subgrade under the track support structure should be considered in the calculation of the track support structure,and the concrete cushion should be 10 cm.(3)The subgrade under the track support structure is composed of subgrade bed and embankment below the subgrade bed.The thickness of subgrade bed should not be less than 2 m.(4)The width of"shoulder"should generally not be less than 2.5 m,the filling height of subgrade should be controlled within 3~5 m.(5)Measures should be taken to reduce or eliminate the differential settlement dislocation between the bridge-approach and the section between the two adjacent rail track support structure.(6)The long-term safe and stable operation of Changsha Maglev Express shows that the technical standards proposed in the study can provide support for the design of low at-ground structure and the compilation of technical standards for medium and low speed maglev traffic engineering.
