摘要
为提升中小学体育课后服务质量,本文基于域外经验视角,通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法对当前中小学体育课后服务的国内现实困境、国外有益经验及优化策略进行研究。研究发现:我国中小学体育课后服务存在制度嵌入滞后、有效供给不足、师资力量薄弱和社会参与度较低等方面的问题。当前,教育发达国家的体育课后服务呈现制度建设常规化、服务供给丰富化、师资储备多元化、社会参与普遍化等特点。立足我国的基本国情,借鉴域外有益经验,提出体育课后服务的优化方略:推进服务制度建设,助力服务提档升级;精准对接学生需求,优化服务有效供给;加强师资多元化储备,完善师资聘用机制;充分利用社会资源,实现优质共生。
In order to improve the quality of after-school sports service for primary and secondary schools,from the perspective of foreign experience,this paper studied the current domestic realistic difficulties,beneficial foreign experience and optimization strategies of after-school sports service for primary and secondary schools through literature review and logical analysis.The research found that after-school sports service for primary and secondary schools in China has the following problems,such as lag in institutional embedding,insufficient effective supply,weak teaching staff,and low social participation.Currently,after-school sports service in education developed countries exhibit characteristics such as standardized system construction,enriched service supply,diversified teacher reserves,and universal social participation.Based on China's basic national condition and drawing on beneficial foreign experience,this study proposed optimization strategies for after-school sports service:We should promote the construction of service system,help service upgrade,accurately connect with students'needs,optimize the effective supply of service,strengthen the diversified reserve of teachers,improve the mechanism of teacher recruitment,fully utilize social resources and achieve high-quality symbiosis.
