摘要
为促进聊城现代农业和新型农业经营主体的健康发展,通过归纳和总结新型农业经营主体的内涵、类型和作用,加深对新型农业经营主体的认识,为下一步研究新型农业经营主体对农村产业兴旺的促进作用打下一定的基础。结果表明,在发展过程中,这些新型经营主体面临着专业技术人才缺乏、资金不足、生产风险性大、特色不明显和竞争力不强等诸多问题,该文从这些问题的角度对聊城地区新型农业经营主体的发展进行分析,并提出优化政策环境、改善农业基础设施、提高自身竞争力等方面的解决对策。
In order to promote the healthy development of the modern agriculture and the new agricultural management subject in Liaocheng,the connotation,type and function of the new agricultural management subject are summarized and summarized,and the understanding of the new agricultural management subject is deepened.This has laid a certain foundation for further research on the role of new agricultural management subjects in promoting the prosperity of rural industries.The results show that in the process of development,these new business entities are also faced with many problems,such as lack of professional and technical personnel,lack of funds,high production risk,unclear characteristics,weak competitiveness and so on.Aiming at these problems,this paper analyzes the development of new agricultural operators in Liaocheng area,and puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the policy environment,improve agricultural infrastructure and enhance their competitiveness.
