摘要
地理信息技术(GIS)在地理空间信息的采集、管理、分析以及输出等方面具有显著的应用优势,其可以通过地理空间决策的人机交互系统来辅助实现地理研究与地理决策,并提供地理空间综合分析与动态预测,基于GIS技术的电力通信资源管理系统则成为现代电力企业管理的重要工具。文章介绍了GIS技术的基本概念与功能组成,从总体设计、系统功能模块与功能实现等方面分析了基于GIS技术的电力通信资源管理系统的实现方案,提出该系统在电力资源管理的可视化、信息查询、地理测量、异常定位以及光缆路由设计等方面具有重要应用,未来应继续深化该系统的应用可视化并强化该系统与其他功能系统的融合应用。
Geographic information technology(GIS)has significant application advantages in the collection,management,analysis and output of geospatial information,which can assist geographic research and geographic decision making through the human-computer interactive system of geospatial decision making,and provide comprehensive analysis and dynamic prediction of geospace.The power communication resource management system based on GIS technology has become an important tool for modern power enterprise management.This paper introduces the basic concept and function composition of GIS technology,analyzes the implementation scheme of power communication resource management system based on GIS technology from the aspects of overall design,system function modules and function realization,and points out that the system has important applications in power resource management visualization,information query,geographic survey,anomaly location and fiber optic cable routing design.In the future,we should continue to deepen the application visualization of the system and strengthen the integration of the system with other functional systems.
