摘要
“食品化学”是食品科学与工程类专业的核心基础课,坚持以“学生为中心”,以“两性一度”为准绳,围绕立德树人,从教学目标设定、教学理念的贯穿、教学手段的运用、教学过程的实施、教学评价的体现,合理运用现代信息技术,创设新型智慧学习空间,对“食品化学”课程进行全新的设计与实践,提升高阶性、突出创新性、增加挑战度,开展专业教育的同时加强对学生的思想政治教育,从而把“食品化学”专业课堂打造成为专业教育与思想政治教育同向同行的重要阵地。
Food Chemistry is the core of the courses for the student majoring in food science and engineering.This course adhere to the“students as the center”with high order,innovation and challenge.To foster virtue through education,from the teaching goal,teaching idea throughout,the use of teaching methods,teaching process implementation,the embodiment of the teaching evaluation,reasonable use of modern information technology,creating a new room to learn wisdom.Integrating ideological and political elements from multiple angles,the course of Food Chemistry was designed and practiced completely new,which enhances the higher-order nature,highlights innovation and increases the degree of challenge.While carrying out professional education,students were given ideological and political education,so as to build the major classroom of Food Chemistry into an important position of ideological and political education.
