食品类专业课程思政的教学探索与设计——以《食品贮藏与保鲜》为例 被引量:3

摘要 课程思政是近几年我国高等学校广泛推广的一种新的课程观和教育理念。课程思政以立德树人为导向,发挥教师、专业和课程的育人功能,是高校立德树人根本任务的有效手段。为增强食品专业人才的政治素养、提高课堂的教学质量,以食品科学与工程专业类课程《食品贮藏与保鲜》为例,依托成果导向教育(outcomes-based education,OBE)理念,探究建立食品专业思政教育体系,使专业课程最大程度地发挥潜在教育价值。将知识传授、能力培养和价值引领三者融为一体,在讲授食品专业课内容的过程中引入思政元素,以专业思政的形式帮助学生树立正确的价值观和理想信念,实现专业育人和思政育人的有机统一,培养德智体美劳全面发展的专业复合型人才。 The ideological and political education of curriculum is a new concept of curriculum and education widely promoted in colleges or universities in China in recent years.With the guidance of moral education,it is an effective way for colleges and universities to develop morality and to cultivate people by the educational functions of teachers,majors,and courses.In order to enhance the political literacy of food professionals and to improve the quality of teaching,taking professional course“Food Storage and Preservation”as an example,the establishment of food professional ideological and political education system is studied based on OBE concept to explore the potential educational value of professional courses.The ideological and political elements are introduced to teach food professional courses by using the integration of knowledge teaching,ability training and value guidance,and to further help students to establish correct values and ideals in the form of professional ideological and political education,so as to achieve the unity of professional education with ideological and political education,and to culture physically four balanced talents.
