摘要
采煤工作面内各开采、运输等单机控制无法进行互连互通,在一定程度制约煤炭开采效率。为实现采煤设备智能集成控制,基于光纤通信、传感器监测以及智能控制技术等构建智能集成控制系统,实现采煤机、支架、“三机”以及泵站等联动控制,并实现开采设备一键启停、协同运行。现场应用后,该智能集成控制系统可实现开采设备智能集成控制,在一定程度提升煤炭开采效率。
Coal mining working face is controlled by single machine,transportation and other equipment,which cannot be interconnected,thus restricting the eficiency of coal mining to a certain extent.In order to realize the intelligent integrated control of coal mining equipment,the intelligent integrated control system is built based on fiber optic communication,sensor monitoring and intelligent control technology,which realizes the linkage control of coal mining machine,stent,three machines and pumping station,etc.,and realizes the start-stop and cooperative operation of the mining equipment with one key.Afer field application,the intelligent integrated control system can realize intelligent integrated control of mining equipment,and improve the efficiency of coal mining to a certain extent.
