摘要
针对采煤机在实际生产过程中存在触碰顶板、底板以及岩层威胁采煤机安全生产的问题,在简述采煤机结构及其功能的基础上,完成了采煤机智能控制系统的总体方案设计和方案设计。经工业性试验表明,采煤机智能控制系统能够实现对截割路径的精准跟踪和在采煤机异常运行状态下对其滚筒截割高度和牵引速度实现智能控制,为工作面的高效产煤奠定了基础。
In view of the problem that the shearer touches the roof,floor and rock layer in the actual production process,the overall scheme design and scheme design of the intelligent control system of the shearer are completed on the basis of a brief description of the structure and function of the shearer.The industrial test shows that the intelligent control system of shearer can realize accurate tracking of cutting path and intelligent control of cutting height and traction speed of drum under abnormal operation of shearer,which lays the foundation for high efficiency coal production in working face.
