摘要
目的:探讨全程无缝隙护理对尿毒症血液透析患者依从性、睡眠质量及并发症的影响。方法:选取2020年6月至2022年3月德化县中医院血液净化科收治的尿毒症患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=46)。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予全程无缝隙护理模式干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,并比较2组患者治疗依从性及并发症发生率。结果:护理干预后,观察组患者护理依从性显著高于对照组,观察组患者PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:全程无缝隙护理对尿毒症血液透析患者的依从性、睡眠质量及并发症都有着积极的作用,能够有效改善患者的睡眠质量,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的治疗依从性。
Objective:To investigate the effects of whole-process seamless nursing on compliance,sleep quality and complications of uremic hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 96 uremia patients admitted to the Blood Purification Department of Dehua Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=46)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received whole-process seamless nursing intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after the intervention,and the treatment compliance and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing intervention,the nursing compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The whole-process seamless nursing has a positive effect on the compliance,sleep quality and complications of uremic hemodialysis patients,which can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the treatment compliance of patients.
