摘要
目的 探讨PRECEDE-PROCEED模式的饮食管理在社区老年高血压患者中的效果。方法 选择老年高血压患者188例,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各94例。干预组基于PRECEDE-PROCEED模式开展高血压患者饮食管理;对照组实施常规社区饮食健康教育。结果 干预后干预组饮食知识知晓率评分由(43.85±11.78)分提高到(81.95±15.28)分,依从性评分由(6.85±1.96)分提高到(9.12±2.55)分,饮食行为形成率由(18.21±4.85)%提高到(29.04±9.22)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后干预组收缩压由(147.65±11.85)mmHg下降到(134.82±11.69)mmHg,舒张压由(89.61±8.81)mmHg下降到(75.52±7.64)mmHg,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PRECEDE-PROCEED模式的饮食管理模式可以提高社区老年高血压患者的依从性及饮食知晓率,对高血压疾病的治疗具有积极的作用。
Objective To explore effect of dietary management based on PRECE-E-PROCEED model for community elderly hypertensive patients.Methods The paper chose 188 elderly hypertensive patients,and divided them into intervention group and control group randomly,with 94 cases in each group.Intervention group was treated with hypertensive diet management based on predisposing factors,contributing factors and reinforcing factors of educational assessment of PRECEDE-PROCEED model,control group with routine community dietary health education.Results After intervention,dietary awareness scores of intervention group increased from(43.85±11.78)to(81.95±15.28),compliance scores increased from(6.85±1.96)to(9.12±2.55)and dietary behavior formation rate increased from(18.21±4.85)to(29.04±9.22),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,systolic blood pressure in intervention group decreased from(147.65±11.85)to(134.82±11.69)and diastolic blood pressure decreased from(89.61±8.81)to(75.52±7.64),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Dietary management model of PRECE-E-PROCEED can improve compliance and dietary awareness of community elderly hypertensive patients with positive effect for hypertension.
