Gibbs反思循环圈+PBL教学法在血透室护理带教中的效果评价

摘要 目的:探讨Gibbs反思循环圈+PBL教学法在血透室护理带教中的应用效果。方法:随机将血透室60名护理实习生分成对照组与试验组,每组各30名。对照组采用传统方法,试验组采用Gibbs反思循环圈+PBL教学法,评价并比较两组带教效果的差异。结果:试验组的理论和操作考核评分、核心能力评分、批判性思维能力评分均显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:血透室护理带教应用Gibbs反思循环圈+PBL教学法成效显著,不仅能够提升护理实习生的专业水平,而且有助于核心能力及批判性思维能力的培养。
