城市轨道交通列车空调冷凝气流仿真研究

摘要 冷凝气流影响城市轨道交通列车空调制冷性能。为了分析冷凝气流流动情况,建立列车空调冷凝气流流动及换热计算模型。计算结果表明:有少量从冷凝风机出口流出的高温空气,没有经过充分的散热,再次进入空调冷凝器进风口。为避免或减少这部分高温气流进入冷凝器进风口,提高空调制冷性能,将空调两侧盖板上靠近冷凝风机的2排开孔取消。对改进后的空调进行仿真计算;根据模拟仿真结果,对改进后的空调进行性能试验。试验结果表明:改进后空调通风量降低0.2%,但制冷量提高1.4%,功耗降低3.7%,空调能效比提高2.7%,证明改进措施有效。 Condensing air flow affects refrigeration performance of air conditioning in urban rail transit train.In order to analyze the condensing air flow,a calculation model of condensing air flow and heat transfer of air conditioning in urban rail transit train was established.The calculation results show that there is a small amount of high temperature air flowing out from the outlet of condensing fan,which does not pass through sufficient heat dissipation and enters the air inlet of air conditioner condenser again.In order to avoid or reduce this heat airflow into the condenser inlet and improve the refrigeration performance of the air conditioning,two rows of openings near the condensing fan on the cover plates on both sides of the air conditioning are cancelled.The improved air conditioning is simulated,and the performance test of the improved air conditioning is carried out according to the simulation results.The test results show that the improved air conditioning ventilation reduced by 0.2%,but the cooling capacity increased by 1.4%,the power consumption decreased by 3.7%,and the energy efficiency ratio of air conditioning increased by 2.7%,which proves that the improved measures are effective.
