摘要
目的:分析快速康复干预对行腹腔镜手术胆结石患者的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月于贵港市人民医院接受腹腔镜手术的胆结石患者110例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各55例。对照组采取常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上联合快速康复护理,对比两组患者胃肠道功能恢复时间、术后并发症发生率以及负性情绪。结果:试验组首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次进食时间、首次下床时间、首次排便时间、住院总时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);试验组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022);出院当天,试验组焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:对接受腹腔镜手术的胆结石患者实施快速康复护理干预,能缩短患者胃肠道功能恢复时间,降低患者的并发症发生率,缓解焦虑、抑郁程度。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation intervention on patients with gallstones undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods:One hundred and ten patients with gallstones who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Guigang People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each with fifty-five cases.The control group adopted conventional nursing,and the experimental group combined rapid rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group,comparing the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the incidence of postoperative complications,and negative emotions of the two groups of patients.Results:The first time of gas evacuation,the time of bowel sound recovery,the first time of eating,the first time of getting out of bed,the first time of defecation,and the total hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.022);On the day of discharge,the anxiety self-assessment scale and depression self-assessment scale scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The implementation of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with gallstones undergoing laparoscopic surgery can shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,reduce the complication rate of patients,and alleviate the degree of anxiety and depression.
