摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科护理在胆结石手术患者中的应用效果。方法在2020年9月-2023年1月期间.选取140例患者,所有患者都接受胆结石手术.随机将这些患者进行分组.每组70例;对照组患者采用常规的护理干预方案,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上采用快速康复护理方法;对两组患者术后相关指标进行比较,评价两组患者的术后生活质量,对并发症发生率进行比较。结果观察组在住院时间、排气时间、术后拔管时间、排便时间方面均优于对照组患者(P<0.05);与对照组相比较.观察组的各项生活质量评分更高(P<0.05);护理后,观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论针对胆结石手术患者实施快速康复护理方法,不仅可以缩短住院时间,改善患者生活质量,还能使患者尽量康复.减少并发症的出现.提升护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effects of rapid recovery surgical care in patients undergoing gallstone surgery.Methods From September 2020 to January 2023,140 patients were selected,all of whom underwent gallstone surgery,and these patients were randomly grouped into 70 patients in each group.The patients in the control group adopted the conventional nursing intervention program,and the patients in the observation group adopted the rapid recovery nursing method on the basis of usual care.The postoperative related indexes of the two groups were compared,the postoperative quality of life of the two groups was evaluated,and the complication rate was compared.Results The observation group was better than the control group in terms of hospital stay,exhaust time,postoperative extubation time and defecation time(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher(P<0.05).After nursing,nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of rapid recovery nursing methods for gallstone surgery patients can not only shorten the length of hospital stay and improve the quality of life of patients,but also enable patients to recover as much as possible,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
