摘要
智能网联汽车产业的迅速发展致使相关专业人才需求量增大,从而导致专业人才短缺问题。为培养高质量智能网联汽车专业人才,本文通过分析高职院校智能网联汽车专业存在的人才培养方案脱离实际、师资力量薄弱、课程设置不合理、教材选用不当、实训设备落后和教学模式单一等问题,探究了通过校企合作和产学融合的模式开展教学改革,对上述存在的问题提供解决方案,强调了专业教学改革的注意事项。希望本文为智能网联汽车专业教学改革提供一定的借鉴意义,并促进智能网联汽车产业的发展。
The rapid development of intelligent networked automobile industry has led to an increase in the demand for related professionals,which has led to a shortage of professionals.In order to cultivate high-quality intelligent networked automobile professionals,this paper analyzes the problems of talents training scheme divorced from reality,weak teachers,unreasonable curriculum,improper selection of teaching materials,backward training equipment and single teaching mode in intelligent networked automobile specialty in higher vocational colleges,explores the teaching reform through the mode of school-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and learning,provides solutions to the above problems,and emphasizes the matters needing attention in professional teaching reform.I hope this paper can provide some reference for the teaching reform of intelligent networked automobile specialty and promote the development of intelligent networked automobile industry.
