摘要
在我国转向高质量发展阶段之际,党提出“职业教育高质量发展”与“办好人民满意的职业教育”的重大战略部署与要求,从教育的继承性看,二者之间存在内在联系。梳理二者的时代意涵可以发现,“办好人民满意的职业教育”内在规定了“谁来办”“让谁满意”“满意目标”“满意标准”这些根本问题,与“职业教育高质量发展”相比较,目标要求高,方法论意义更为明确。办好人民满意的职业教育,就是要按照人民的主体性角色定位和功能,以人民主体性为主旨健全办好职业教育的治理体系,以人民需求为本位确立办好职业教育的目标,以人民满意为核心完善办好职业教育的评价标准,不断深入优化职业教育类型属性,达到人民满意。
China is in a stage of transition to high-quality development.The Communist Party of China has put forward the major strategic deployment and requirements of“high-quality development of vocational education”and“running vocational education that satisfies the people”.From the perspective of educational inheritance,there is an intrinsic relationship between the two requirements.By sorting out the contemporary implications of the two,it can be found that“running a vocational education that satisfies the people”inherently stipulates such fundamental issues as“who should run it”,“who should be satisfied”,“satisfied goals”and“satisfied standards”.Compared with“high-quality development of vocational education”,the goal requirements are higher and the methodological significance is clearer.To run a vocational education that satisfies the people well,we must improve the governance system for running vocational education in accordance with the role and function of the people’s subjectivity,and establish the goals of running vocational education based on the needs of the people.Satisfaction should be the core to improve the evaluation standards for running vocational education,and continuously optimize the attributes of vocational education types to achieve people’s satisfaction.
