黑山露天矿低质煤干法重介质流化床分选研究

摘要 采用干法重介质流化床对黑山露天煤矿低质煤进行分选提质研究,阐释了流化气速、排料速度、分选时间等对床层流化与分选过程的影响规律,确定了最佳操作参数。对比各粒级煤炭分选效果,干法重介质流化床对80~6 mm各粒级原煤均具有明显分选效果,但随粒级减小,分选效果降低,其中80~25 mm原煤分选效果较好,25~13 mm次之,13~6 mm原煤分选可能偏差E=0.069 g/cm3。综合而言,干法重介质流化床分选技术对黑山露天矿低质煤分选提质效果良好,分选可能偏差为0.055。 The dry dense medium fluidized bed separation system was used to study the separation and upgrading of low-quality coal in Heishan open-pit coal mine,and the influences of fluidization gas velocity,discharge speed and separation time on the fluidization and separation process of the bed were explained,and the optimal operating parameters were determined.Comparing the separation effect of each coal grade,the dry heavy media fluidized bed has obvious separation effect on all coal grades from 80 to 6 mm,but the separation effect decreases as the grade decreases,among which the separation effect is better for 80-25 mm raw coal,followed by 25-13 mm,and the possible deviation E is 0.069 g/cm3 for 13-6 mm raw coal.The possible deviation of comprehensive separation is 0.055.
